Europlatform programme finalised

The programme for Europlatform, taking place in Istanbul, Turkey, on 3 October has been completed and is available to view on the event website.

There is a fantastic line-up of speakers for the one-day conference, which is aimed at access equipment rental professionals and has become an essential event in the rental industry.

Attendees will also benefit from a networking reception on the evening before the conference, 2 October. This year, the conference takes place at the impressive Pera Palace hotel, based in the heart of Istanbul - combining the charm of the ancient city with the luxury of modern facilities.

Pierre Boels, CEO of Netherlands-based Boels Rental, will provide the keynote speech. He is one of Europe’s most successful and outspoken rental entrepreneurs, and will describe the company’s experiences and strategy for entering new markets.

He will be joined by Riwal chief operations officer, Soren Rosenkrands, who will speak about ‘managing big self-propelled booms’.

Also in the line-up are Andy Studdert, CEO at NES Rentals in the US; Michael Rohmeder, manager, European key accounts, Ritchie Bros; Mustafa Bilgin, general manager of Turkey-based rental major Istanbul Vinc; Faruk Aksoy, secretary general at IMDER and ISDER; Serkan Acar, general manager at Turkey-based Acarlar Makine; Chris Wraith, technical officer, IPAF; and Murray Pollok, managing editor of Access International and editor of International Rental News.

The event is organised by the International Powered Access Federation (IPAF), with Access International magazine as its official media partner.
