The global infrastructure and environmental services company FCC has appointed three new independent directors as part of its corporate revamp.

The board of directors of FCC, chaired by Esther Alcocer Koplowitz, has appointed Olivier Orsini, former secretary general of Veolia; Gustavo Villapalos, lawyer and former Spanish Minister; and Professor Gonzalo Rodríguez.

FCC also accepted the resignations of directors Antonio Pérez Colmenero, Javier Rivas and Nicolás Redondo Terreros as part of the reshuffle.
