Genie appoints UK and Ireland sales manager

Terex AWP has appointment John Chandler to the position of Genie regional sales manager for the UK and Ireland.

Based in Grantham and reporting directly to Jacco de Kluijver, VP sales & marketing Terex AWP EMEAR, Mr Chandler takes on full responsibility for national Genie customer accounts in the UK and Ireland, while managing the UK sales team to help ensure a high level of customer support and further expand the business.

He will also be responsible for appointing a new territory sales & distributor network manager for the south of the UK.

“Having exceeded in his role as national account manager for the past three years, I have every confidence that he will add value to the Genie proposition,” said de Kluijver.

Prior to joining the Genie sales team in 2013, Mr Chandler worked for HSS and Hewden followed by the role of strategic accounts manager at Wolsely.
