Crane rental company Hüffermann Krandienst, based in Wildeshausen, Germany, has taken delivery of a new Liebherr LTM 1350-6.1 wheeled mobile telescopic crane.

The 350 tonne capacity crane will be used for bridge construction, port handling and wind energy, including repair and maintenance of wind turbines, a company spokesperson said.

Daniel Janssen, Hüffermann Krandienst managing partner, said, “Liebherr offers fantastic value for money. Its fast, reliable service is what sets Liebherr above its competitors. We want an innovative fleet with the highest technical standards.”

Rolf Hüffermann, Hüffermann Krandienst managing partner, said, "The LTM 1350-6.1 is our first luffing jib crane. It marks a breakthrough for us into a new sector. We had to invest in this new crane because the loads we are being asked to hoist are getting heavier and heavier."
