Haulotte sees revenues up +39%

Access platform manufacturer Haulotte’s revenues for the third quarter of the year were up +39% to €113 million (US$ 143 million). The nine months to the end of September has seen the company’s revenues rise +24% to € 320 million (US$ 405 million).

A company statement said, “Sales continued to make significant progress in Europe (+36% at end-September) driven by rental fleet renewal, in Asia Pacific (+37%) and in North America (+28%). Latin America (-27%) confirms the trend observed during the first half.”

There was revenue growth across all three of Haulotte’s business lines – equipment sales, equipment rental and equipment services during the first nine months of the year. However, the growth was strongest in equipment sales at +27% compared to the same period last year. At 85% of Haulotte’s revenues, or € 273 million (US$ 345 million), this was by far the company’s biggest business.

Haulotte added that it expects revenues to be up +20% overall this year.
