Haulotte spare parts website open to customers

Haulotte Group has launched a website allowing customers to consult technical documentation and to order spare parts online.

Easy Spare Parts (ESP) contains more than 3500 online catalogues, 12500 drawings and exploded views, and 20000 pictures of parts.

According to their needs, customers may request full access (documentation and orders) or just a technical profile (documentation only), said the company.

The parts ordering module is fully available in Europe, and will be available in the USA by the end of the first quarter 2013, Haulotte said. The goal for 2013 is to make online orders available for the entire American continent. Worldwide, customers are currently able to view technical information.

One of the major benefits of the system is that it saves time, said Haulotte. Gilles Sautier, technical manager at UK rental company Loxam Access, added, “Our warehouse managers have fully used it, even ordering parts online. The technical search of parts is simple and direct, not as many software of this kind. Our warehouse managers save time and manage better their supplies and charges of spare parts.”
