UK-based construction equipment show Hillhead is being expanded for 2016 with 2000m2 of additional exhibitor space.

The show takes place from 28 to 30 June 2016 at Hillhead Quarry, near Buxton, Derbyshire. Work is nearing completion on extending the showground area, with around 16000 tonnes of material excavated from an old tip area.

Show director Richard Bradbury said, “With a waiting list starting to build for outdoor space, we are delighted to be able to accommodate some of this demand in the new area. Two access points have been created to maximize visitor flow – one opposite the far end of the JCB stand and the other coming off the aisle populated by the Invest Northern Ireland stands.

“Interest for indoor space has also been buoyant. With the Main Pavilion almost full, we have once again increased the size of the Registration Pavilion."
