Himoinsa has launched the AS4006V lighting tower, completing its Apolo range.

The design features a vertical raise telescopic mast, allowing for easier transportation and able to operate for up to 70 hours non-stop.

The tower has four metal halide lamps of 1000 W each, offering 384000 lumens, while the mast rotates through 360 degrees and can illuminate an area of 32000 sq metres.

The company said the new model, based on the Apolo Start series, can withstand ambient temperatures from -20 to 45 degrees C.

Himoinsa's Apolo range also includes several lighting towers in the Compact, Box and Kit Tower series.

All are equipped with Yanmar engines, and five engine models are available ranging from 6 to 10 kW, combining high combustion performance is achieved together with low emissions that satisfy EPA Tier 4.

Projects on which Himoinsa lighting towers have been used range from the Panama Canal expansion to the Spanish high speed rail link.
