HKL in container module rental deal

14 May 2014

German rental company HKL Baumaschinen has supplied eight container modules to Leipzig police as temporary units.

The rented containers – supplied by HKL’s Bernburg depot – were installed at the police headquarters next to the city’s central train station. They will be used by officers during the reconstruction of the police’s main offices.

HKL said it designed the container modules specifically to fit the customer’s needs, featuring a closed corridor canopy, a dry run zone and a closed entrance.

HKL operations manager for Magdeburg and Bernburg Thomas Luttat said, “We can realise special customer requests promptly. For police officers, we are ready with our 24-hour service."

The company said its rental stock of mobile solutions and containers could be used in a variety of ways and it offered assistance with consulting, planning and construction for temporary and long-term installations.
