Holcim Indonesia CEO reported killed in Jakarta bomb attack

Tim Mackay, the CEO of Holcim Indonesia was reportedly killed in one of the two bomb attacks on the Ritz Carlton and Marriott hotels in Jakarta, Indonesia on 17 July. The New Zealand-born executive had been CEO of the company since 2004.

At least nine people were killed in the attacks, with a further 41 injured.

Holcim Indonesia is 77.3% owned by Holcim. It employs more than 2400 people and has a production capacity of 8.6 million tonnes of cement per year.
