Domestic mobile crane manufacturer Locatelli showed two of its rough terrains and its new 40 tonne capacity ATC 40. The prototype of this was shown at the Bauma exhibition in April. Preliminary testing is complete and the first serial production units will be shipped next year

Locatelli was acquired earlier this year by the Venpa Group, which has invested in new buildings to increase production and in a new computerised spare parts system. Area managers have been added to expand the commercial department and new export markets are being explored in the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Asia.
