IPAF Summit attracts top speakers

28 January 2014

Two distinguished speakers have already been confirmed for the IPAF Summit, taking place in Windsor, near London, UK, on 3 April.

Bill Plummer, executive vice president and chief financial officer at United Rentals, and Dave Smith, from the UK Contractors Group (UKCG) and COO of Wates Construction, will both speak at the event.

Mr Plummer, speaking with Fred Bratman, United Rentals’ head of investor relations, will review how the access and rental industries can best connect with investors and bankers.

Dave Smith, who is chairman of UKCG's health and safety leadership group, will report on how contractors work to keep aerial platform operations safe and what they expect of their suppliers. UKCG is a grouping of more than 30 of the UK's biggest contractors and plays an active role in promoting the safe use of MEWPs.

More top speakers will be announced soon.

The IPAF Summit takes place on the same day as the International Awards for Powered Access (IAPA) ceremony and dinner at the historic Beaumont Estate Hotel in Windsor - just 15 minutes from London Heathrow Airport.

Together, they regularly attract audiences of more than 450 each year, so make sure you are a part of it by booking your place at both events.
