IPAF to host free ANSI Standards webinar

The International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) is hosting a free webinar about the upcoming ANSI Standards changes for anyone interested this Wednesday, May 24 at 11 a.m. CT/noon ET.

The proposed standards for mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs) in the U.S. and Canada will introduce new and broader changes that will impact all industry stakeholders.

All will have 12 months after publication to become compliant. Planning sooner than later will get your business prepared and ready to address all of the proposed changes. The design standard will not only impact manufactures but also users of the equipment. Broader and more thorough safe-use requirements will impact users, supervisors, operators, and occupants of MEWPs. The training standard will provide clear and detailed requirements for training for operators and supervisors. 

IPAF invites people to join this session to raise awareness of key changes and begin planning to meet these new requirements.
