Jim Graham joins Demolition Awards judges

15 March 2017

Demolition & Recycling International (D&Ri) magazine is delighted to announce that Jim Graham is the newest member of the judging panel for the World Demolition Awards.

Jim, who is executive vice president and principal of the USA-based company Winter Environmental, has 40 years of experience in environmental remediation, hazardous waste and demolition.

He has managed more than 2,000 projects in the US and Caribbean for private, public and corporate clients, and has extensive experience of integrated site clean-up programmes.

A regular conference speaker, Jim was also among the first group of people to participate in early Clean Water Act and CERCLA response activities and programmes for the US Environmental Protection Agency and other federal bodies.

Jim replaces European Demolition Association past president Pilar de la Cruz, who stood down from the judging panel in 2016.

Other World Demolition Awards judges are Henrik Bonnesen (Cowi, Denmark), Dan Costello (Costello Dismantling, USA), Clinton Dick (Liberty Industrial, Australia), Patrick Frye (Cardem, France),  Bill Moore (ERM, USA), William Sinclair (Safedem, United Kingdom) and John Woodward (C&D Consultancy, UK).

This year’s awards take place during the World Demolition Summit in London on November 2, and the deadline for entries in June 30.
