The board of directors of Dinolift Oy has appointed area sales manager Karin Nars, as the company's new managing director, starting 21 January 2011. She has held a position on the board of directors since 2004 and has since 2009 been involved in the business and part of the management team. Karin Nars is the daughter of current Managing Director Lars-Petter Godenhielm, main owner of the family held company.

Before taking on this role Ms Nars, MSc (Econ), has focused on developing new markets for Dinolift and has been actively involved in product development projects. Before Dinolift she had worked as an entrepreneur in a privately held retail business and has also gained international marketing experience at French consumer goods giant L'Oréal.

Ms Nars said, "I am very much looking forward to managing Dinolift at this interesting turning point of the market. We have a strong market presence in our core markets, thanks to our loyal customers who appreciate our products and their excellent performance. This year we will introduce a new product-line, which I am sure will be appreciated by our customers. Despite recent difficult conditions in the marketplace we have a strong belief in the future growth of our company. We have many strengths, the main one being dedicated co-workers who have shown their loyalty to the company in these turbulent times."

Lars-Petter Godenhielm will step aside from operative management but will continue his involvement in Dinolift as a member of the Board of Directors.
