USA-based tools and attachments specialist Stanley Infrastructure has announced that the full lineup of MSD Legend Series shears from its LaBounty demolition brand is now available.

LABounty MSD2500 shear La Bounty has made the full range of its MSD Legend shears available

The company said these additions complete LaBounty’s mobile scrap shear portfolio and can be equipped with InSite productivity.

Legend Series shears are equipped with the Dual Max full-protection indexable piercing tip, which is said to defend the shear from wear and preventing maintenance and downtime. The enhanced jaw geometry offers up to 10% more cutting force than LaBounty’s previous shear offering.

InSite is an advanced telematics platform that provides actionable information about the shears’ condition and activity, such as job tracking, jobsite mapping, and remote diagnostics. With the InSite app, available for iOS and Android, Stanley said users have access to valuable information that helps customers optimise shear performance.

Additional product details include 360° rotation with improved balance, an enhanced and more durable lower jaw; long-lasting index blades with intuitive patterns for four-way indexable cutting; and wear bar protectors for maintaining heavy wear surfaces

LaBounty is also now offering high-nickel replacement blades containing 4% nickel content for maximum blade edge life. High-nickel blade kits are available for most models of MSD Legend and Saber Series shears.
