At this year’s Bauma show, Spanish tower crane manufacturer Linden Comansa, exhibiting with its distributor in Germany, BKL Baukran Logistik, will show the 16 LC 260 flat top tower crane.
The 16 LC 260 flat top tower crane from the LC1600 Series will be the tallest Linden Comansa on show. Erected to a height of 61.6 metres on a 6 m folding cross base, the crane will be fitted with a maximum 70 m jib. The flat top will include the PowerLift system, which allows the crane to move the load to a greater jib length at reduced speed, improving the load chart up to 10%, the company said. The system was launched in 2012.
The tower crane has a capacity of 12 tonnes, and its modular design allows most of the tower and jib sections to be interchanged between the cranes of the series, Comansa said. 8 and 10 tonne versions are available.
Also on display will be a LCL 165 luffing jib model and the hydraulic crane BKL System Cattaneo CM 90S4, developed with Italian manufacturer Cattaneo.
