LiuGong Machinery names new chairman

Senior management changes at China's LiuGong Machinery have seen the incumbent chairman Wang Xiaohua retire after 43 years of service as Zeng Guang’an takes over as chairman.

Mr Zeng has served as vice chairman and president of LiuGong Machinery since 1999. In November 2013, Mr Zeng was also promoted to president of LiuGong Group.

Yu Chuanfen succeeds Mr Zeng as the vice chairman and president of LiuGong Machinery. Mr Yu served as vice president of LiuGong Machinery since 2010.

Mr Wang will remain the chairman of Guangxi LiuGong Group, the parent company of LiuGong Machinery.

"I look forward to continuing to support the new management team as always," said Mr Wang. "I am pleased that, building on the achievements we’ve created over the past 55 years, the company is poised for an even greater future."
