The Lombardi Lift will offer a 360-degree access solution

Lombardi Lift is preparing to launch its first aerial work platform by the end of this year.

Patented in 2007 by Don Lombardi, owner of Lombardi & Son Masonry, the Lombardi Lift offers an adjustable platform that can be manipulated around an elevated structure, like a chimney.

The platform can be fitted to a standard mobile lift arm, providing an alternative to the current basket or bucket systems, said the company.

Lombardi & Son Masonry, basd in the US, specialises in brick and masonary repair and will use the platform for such work. The company said it expects a wide range of industries already working with platforms to show an interest in its new 360 degree access solution.
