Magni Telescopic Handlers has officially chosen Maruka Machinery to be the exclusive distributor for its entire range of products in Japan.

These include the RTH range of rotating telehandlers with a working height of 18 to 46 m, the HTH range of heavy-duty telehandlers that have capacities of between 10 and 45 tonnes, and the new TH 6.20 model, which is the first model of a range of fixed telehandlers for construction and has a capacity of six tonnes and reach of 20 m. Magni said the new range will be completed in the coming years with two further models that will have maximum working heights of 10 m and 15 m.

With offices in Japan, America and Asia, Maruka Machinery has many years of experience in the industrial and construction sectors. It was apparently chosen by Magni for the multiple locations it has in Japan, which the Italian company saw as key to providing a full and professional solution, for both sales and after-sales service.

For Magni, this is deemed an important step, breaking into an access market for which the telescoping concept – fixed or rotating – is still new, but has potential to grow.

The company said Japan is characterised by a highly mechanised and modern market that is interested in high quality and performance.

Also, since the country has strong vertical development, Magni believes it is the perfect market for its range of rotating telescopic handlers.
