Bobcat has launched the new 12 m T35120SL MP telehandler designed for use with the company's new man platform attachment. Equipped as standard, the addition of the new T35120SL MP model extends the number of Bobcat telehandlers that can be used with the man platform to three, including the 14 m T40140 and 17 m T40170 models.

As a man platform ‘ready' telehandler, the T35120SL MP shares the electronics and joystick controls of the T40140 and T40170 models as well as an emergency control box at the rear of the machine and an additional electro-hydraulic pump for lowering and retracting the boom in case of engine failure and a man platform sensor.

A spokesman for Bobcat said, "When compared to other systems of this type on the market, the safety features on the T35120SL MP telehandler are much simpler and more comprehensive, offering the highest safety levels possible."

The T35120SL MP has a maximum lift capacity of 3,5 tonnes and can lift up to 3,2 tonnes to a maximum height of 12 m and 1,2 tonnes to a maximum reach of 8,2 m on stabilisers.
