Meeting to review ERA Market Report

The ERA’s Statistics Committee met online on 2 September.
The meeting was an opportunity for the Committee members to review the status of the 2020 ERA Market Report, with the figures being particularly impacted by the Covid-19 crisis.
The participants of this meeting were conscious of the consequences of the 2020 and 2021 forecasts on rental companies as well as on equipment suppliers.
The ERA Market Report 2020 is conducted in cooperation with IHS Markit. The ERA Market Report 2020 will be available for sale in October. It will contain a country-by-country analysis of 15 European countries, detailing actual market size (2017–18), estimates (2019-20) and forecasts (2021-22), in the local currency, and key ratios including fleet size and investment (2017-20). It will include penetration rates against countries’ GDPs and construction outputs.
