Modulift appoints distributor for Spain and Portugal

Spreader systems manufacturer Modulift has a new distributor for Spain and Portugal. Pescaira SL, based in Vigo and Madrid, has been providing lifting and material handling services for 15 years.
"By building relationships with international companies in Spain and Portugal, we are confident sales will continue to increase, as more customers realise the potential of using the same spreader for different lifts," commented Juan Landesa, Pescaira managing director.
In the last two years, the company has expanded its technical team to meet customer demands and to increase sales in Spain.
Modulift director Nick Latham added, "Although Modulift has a strong customer base in Europe, Spain and Portugal have been identified as countries where we can further increase the systems usage across a range of industries."
"The company has already received several orders from companies operating within the wind energy sector, and is looking to introduce the system to other industries including offshore rigging, prefabricated products and aerospace," Latham continued.
