More APEX product launches announced

The latest companies to announce new product launches at the APEX exhibition in September include Genie, Chinese manufacturer Dingli and Italian companies AIRO and Oil & Steel.

Genie said it will launch in Europe its new range of 1.75 m wide rough terrain scissor lifts, the GS-2669 RT, GS-3369 RT and GS-4069 RT, which were seen earlier this year at the Rental Show and Conexpo in North America. These are a significant redesign of the 68 series, with increased capacity.

Dingli, meanwhile, adds to its already wide range with a new 12 m platform height electric scissor, the JCPT1412DC, and a new, self-propelled vertical lift model, the AMWP9-2000S, which is similar to the castor wheel P9-2000 model, but with the addition of steerable front wheels.

"[As well as these] two new models, Dingli will also exhibit other different height scissors and vertical lifts," said Dingli's sales director, Susan Huang.

AIRO, which is taking both an inside and outside stand at APEX, will have two new electric articulated booms on show - the 12 m working height A 12 JE and its 15 m big brother, the A 15 JE. The key feature of the machines is the use of an AC electric power system for both lift and drive movements.

On the Oil & Steel stand will be the new 23 m working height Snake 2311 Compact REL. This truck mounted model has four outriggers that can be positioned independently within the outline of the truck.
