NES Rentals Holdings, Inc. has completed its purchase of West Georgia Aerial Lift, Inc. in Carrollton, GA. West Georgia Aerial Lift has 17 employees and 300 pieces of equipment.

The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

“The team at West Georgia Aerial Lift has built a valuable organization and we are delighted to welcome them to the NES Rentals team,” said Andrew P. Studdert, NES Rentals Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

“We are confident their customers will be pleased with the same high level of customer service and diverse product offerings at NES.”

Jimmy Lanier and Leighton Alston, co-owners of West Georgia Aerial Lift, will remain with the organization.

“This is a tremendous opportunity for the team at West Georgia Aerial Lift,” stated Lanier. “We have joined an organization that values our ability to treat our customers with the level of service they prefer from a small organization, but with the broad product lines and expertise found at a larger operation with national reach.”
