Ruthmann has mounted its new 70 m working height platform onto a truck in readiness for its launch at bauma in April.

The base frame, outriggers, tower section, and boom of the Steiger T 7XX truck mount, as it is currently named, are now in place. No other information about the model is yet available, although the manufacturer promises to reveal further specifications before bauma.

Since the introduction of the first Height Performance model, the Steiger T 460, a year ago and the second model in the range, the Steiger T 540, four months ago, some 50 orders have been received, said the company. The Steiger T 7XX will round off the range.

“Never before have we had such a demand for models in this category,” said a company spokesman. “We would like to thank the many national and international customers for their support.”
