New Editor for D&Ri

02 May 2008

Mr Lindsay Gale is the new editor of Demolition & Recycling International magazine. Here is his welcome message:

“I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself as the new editor of Demolition & Recycling International with effect from the May-June issue, when I take over from Paul Marsden.

After many years writing on the construction sector, concentrating on the design and engineering of construction equipment, I am looking forward to renewing contact with the various manufacturers whose products find applications in the demolition and recycling industries. In addition, I am also looking forward to getting to know the many demolition contractors and other specialists who make use of this equipment as part of their daily business.

In the meantime, if you have a story to tell that you think will be of interest to your friends and competitors in the sector, I will be happy to hear from you. I would be particularly interested in receiving project reports and associated photography, which should be sent to me, Lindsay Gale, at lindsay.gale@khl.com or by surface mail to KHL's UK office.

Alternatively, if you are involved with a large, prestigious or particularly unusual project but do not have the time to put pen to paper, I would be happy to discuss the possibility of making a site visit that I can then write up for inclusion in a future issue of the magazine.

Finally, I would also ask that you amend your relevant press mailing lists to ensure that I am updated with the latest news from your company or organisation.”
