New investors for NCSG Crane and Heavy Haul

Northwest Capital Appreciation (NCA) and TriWest Capital Partners (TriWest) have signed an agreement to purchase a majority interest in NCSG Crane & Heavy Haul Corporation (NCSG).

NCSG has more than 285 cranes, 235 lines of hydraulic platform trailers, 300 conventional trailers and specialized rigging equipment in its fleet in Canada.

This investment will benefit our customers and partners, and provide additional opportunities for our employees.”

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close before the end of 2014, a spokesperson added.
