US-based Predictive Solutions has launched a new app to help predict, and ultimately prevent, workplace injuries.

The SafetyNet app collects information on jobsites through safety observations carried out by the user. It then synchs these with the SafetyNet web application, using predictive analytics, to help workers identify where they are most at risk from an accident. This information can then be shared with the work team and management to help prevent accidents and injury.

The SafetyNet app is configured to match a company's safety observations, including checklists, worksite locations, team members and other relevant information. Users can add information during inspections, such as comments and severity levels, and mark items for follow up and assign actions, responsibility and due dates. The app also enables users to upload their observations and provide feedback to other observers and inspectors in real time.
