New service offering from Snorkel

Snorkel UK will officially launch its new nationwide service and support offering next month at Vertikal Days.

Having recently invested in training for 14 independent service providers, Snorkel UK, the company’s direct sales and service organisation, is now able to offer complete nationwide product support coverage.

Led by Trevor Williamson, after sales support engineer for Snorkel UK, the team will be able to provide a full range of after sales services including, breakdown assistance; thorough examinations & certification (LOLER); maintenance contracts, technical training; and technical advice & troubleshooting.

In addition, the service team carries a range of key spare parts with them to help reduce machine downtime. Snorkel UK customers also benefit from the company’s Ready to Rent programme in which machines can be delivered with customer livery in short lead times direct from the company’s UK production plant.

Vertikal Days takes place 14 -15 May 2014 at Haydock Racecourse, near Liverpool, UK.
