UK-based rental company A-Plant has expanded its network with a new Tool Hire Express outlet in Bridgwater, Somerset.

Took Hire Express branches offer DIY and professional customers access to tools and other small equipment for hire or purchase.

A-Plant said the Bridgwater store had been stocked with new equipment including power tools, alloy towers, painting and decorating equipment, compaction equipment, gardening and landscaping equipment, pressure washers, carpet cleaners, heaters, consumables, PPE and more.

A-Plant regional sales director Mike Abbott said, “We’re very excited to have opened our new Tool Hire Express store in Bridgwater. We chose the site after seeing a real uplift in demand in the region, therefore to open in the town made perfect sense.

“The new store is really accessible for customers with it being in the centre of town, which is great for walk-in trade, plus there is ample on-site parking allowing customers to quickly park on-site and collect equipment.

“Although A-Plant is a national hire company, we pride ourselves on offering a high quality, reliable, local service. With our conveniently located store in central Bridgwater and a modern fleet of transport vehicles we can deliver equipment within a matter of minutes to customers should they require a delivery and collection service.”

As well as offering tool hire equipment, another A-Plant division – A-Plant Lux Traffic Control and Management – also operates from the Bridgwater site and offers a range of traffic management solutions in the form of Temporary Traffic Lights, Road Signs, Traffic Cones, Lights, Barriers and more. A-Plant Lux is the UK’s largest hirer of Portable Traffic Signals.
