02 December 2009

A company called A Mini Crane Hire Co Ltd has been set up to offer Maeda mini cranes and below-the-hook accessories in the north of England.

The company, set up by Pete Piekarus, who has more than 30 years experience in the powered access industry, has placed an order with Kranlyft UK for six units comprising MC285s, MC305 and MC405s.

Piekarus said, "We chose Kranlyft and the Maeda product because of their excellent customer service which extends beyond just the purchase process of the machines. The Maeda cranes are the best fit for our company due to their proven quality and reliability. Furthermore, as soon as we took delivery of the first of the cranes ordered, Kranlyft were passing rentals to us."

The Maeda mini cranes are based in A Mini Crane Hire Co Ltd's Liverpool depot and are available for rental with immediate effect.

"We have cranes available to rent with or without operators and a wide range of below the hook accessories including glass suction units. We can also provide familiarisation training to prospective customers," said Piekarus.
