Netherlands-based XSPlatforms has launched a new range of extensions and spacers to overcome the challenges of working around obstacles such as skylights when installing horizontal lifelines on roofs.

The XSLinked range provides extension pieces that are easy to mount on existing XSPlatforms anchor points. This allows a horizontal lifeline to be raised in height locally or over the entire trajectory, without affecting the system's safety or ease of use.

Extensions and spacers can also be used on roofs fitted with solar panels or in areas that receive heavy snowfall.

The spacers are available in bright colours to make them easy to see, and for even greater visibility the steel lifeline cable is also available in red.
