Dealership discussions between UK manufacturer Niftylift and Saudi Arabian company Salah + Abdulaziz Abahsain Heavy Equipment Division were finalised at the recent Big 5 Show in Dubai.

Abahsain Heavy Equipment Division is a well established dealer in Saudi Arabia; it has a head office in Al-Khobar and seven branches providing nationwide coverage. Its initial stock order of Niftylift machines includes two HR21 four-by-four, diesel only booms; a HR17NDE boom; a HR15 four-by-four, diesel only boom; a HR15NDE boom and a HR12NDE boom.

Jim Craddock, Niftylift's international sales manager said "Although the main market emphasis for AWP's has currently been the United Arab Emirates followed by Qatar, the overall potential for Saudi Arabia is extremely good, with the amount of ongoing and planned projects."

Abahsain also represents other equipment brands such as JCB and Tadano Cranes.
