Niftylift's 4-wheel drive Height Rider 12 adds flexibility
12 October 2009
UK rental company Peter Hird & Sons, based in Hull has recently added a Niftylift Height Rider 12s to its fleet.
The company has chosen to have its machines in the new four-wheel-drive version which come equipped with a larger water cooled diesel engine for external rough terrain work as well as with the bi-energy system for low emissions and low noise in internal applications.
Tim Ward, Niftylift's UK sales manager said. "In these difficult times is pleasing to see that's some companies are looking to the future and continuing to expand and update their fleets with new innovative products.
"Whilst the larger rental fleets are making statements stating they will not be purchasing machines for the foreseeable future it's left to the privately owned independent companies to support the manufactures with investment in new equipment. It's, therefore, easy to argue that they will be able to offer their customers better service and, as this is a service industry, that's not a bad thing."
