JMS Plant Hire has taken delivery of the final units from its latest UK£350000 investment in Power Towers Pecolifts.

According to JMS, this latest intake is part of an investment programme that has lifted the company into the top five biggest push around fleets in the UK, and has seen it expand its depot network beyond Hertfordshire and North London headquarters to new locations in Buckinghamshire and Yorkshire.

The Pecolift is an hydraulic, oil-free and battery-free low level push around with a 3.5m working height that can be achieved in 11 seconds through a patented wheel winding system. Access platform facilities managers and specialists are increasingly recognising the flexibility of such machines instead of using ladders and podium steps, said JMS.

JMS managing director Mark Jackson said, "JMS Plant Hire has seen a steady increase in demand for Pecolift machines over the last twelve months. It’s been extremely well received by our customers - particularly in the mechanical and electrical sector.”
