Four new machines have joined Powercrusher's PC product line of mobile crushers. The PC1 and PC2 have been available for the last 18 months -at Bauma the company announced the introduction of the PC3 through PC6.

The PC3 and PC4are medium class machines are - the PC3 impact crusher features a inlet opening of 1.2 m (4 ft) and its jaw crusher brother, the PC4 offers a similar inlet width. According to the company both these new units are ideally suited to recycling applications as well as for natural stone processing.

Topping out the range come the PC5 impact crusher and the PC6 jaw unit that offer as standard a double deck independent heavy duty grizzly unit before the crushing chamber. Depending on the application, Powercrusher says that both of these new units have a maximum throughput of 400 tonnes per hour.

The company has also announced the signing of a joint venture agreement with Chinese cement company Dunshi, part of the Jidong Development Group. The company formed through this agreement, Hartl Jidong Crusher Manufacturiing LLC, will be based in Tangshan in Hebei Province and will produce Powercrusher machines for the Chinese internal market. A new facility is currently under construction, which when completed will consist of four production halls covering a total of 75,000 square meters.
