Hochtief has secured a €410 million Public-Private Partnership (PPP) contract for the financing, renovation and operation of 49 schools in the Offenbach district of Germany.

This is the largest PPP contract ever awarded in Germany and will see Hochtief PPP Schulpartner, 94% owned by Hochtief, invest €100 million during the first five years. The company will be responsible for the schools’operation for 15 years.
