Auctioneer Ritchie Bros will hold an unreserved public auction for trucks and industrial equipment in Tampere, Finland on Wednesday 25 September 2013.

More than 250 trucks and units of equipment, including truck tractors, wheel loaders and hydraulic excavators, are expected to be included in the auction.

Jorma Karjalainen, Ritchie Bros Auctioneers territory manager, said, “We’re very excited to hold our first ever auction in Finland. For many years, people from Finland, as well as Sweden, Norway and Denmark, have been selling and buying equipment at our auctions around the world and in particular at our auction site in Moerdijk, Netherlands. It is a good time to bring our unreserved auction services closer to our Scandinavian customers and help people exchange industrial equipment and trucks with confidence.”

Participants can bid live online, in person, by proxy or via a live simulcast at Ritchie Bros’ auction site in Moerdijk, where items will be displayed on a large (Virtual Ramp) screen for bidding, the company added.
