Riwal COO to speak at Europlatform

Rental giant Riwal has confirmed that its chief operations officer, Soren Rosenkrands, will speak on the subject of 'managing big self-propelled booms' at the Europlatform conference in October.

Mr Rosenkrands will join an outstanding line-up of speakers at the annual conference, which, this year, takes place on 3 October in Istanbul, Turkey, with the theme ‘Thinking Outside the Basket’. A networking reception will be held on the evening before the conference, on 2 October.

The event, taking place at the impressive Pera Palace hotel, in the heart of Istanbul, is organised by the International Powered Access Federation (IPAF), with Access International magazine as its official media partner.

Pierre Boels, CEO of Netherlands-based Boels Rental, will give the keynote speech. He is one of Europe’s most successful rental entrepreneurs and leaders, and will describe the company’s experiences and strategy for entering new markets. Although based in the Netherlands, the company now also operates in Germany, Belgium, Austria, Poland, the Czech Republic and, most recently, Italy.

Mr Boels will join Andy Studdert, CEO at NES Rentals in the US; Michael Rohmeder, regional sales manager, Ritchie Bros; Mustafa Bilgin, general manager of Turkey-based rental major Istanbul Vinc; Faruk Aksoy, secretary general at IMDER; Serkan Acar, general manager at Turkey-based Acarlar Makine; Chris Wraith, technical officer, IPAF; and Murray Pollock, managing editor of Access International and editor of International Rental News.
