Riwal puts faith in Holland Lift

It may surprise some that among Holland Lift's customers is Riwal, the Netherlands rental company that is a JLG dealer and whose 1200 unit fleet in the Netherlands is 85% JLG. The US manufacturer, of course, produces the Liftlux line of scissors that compete squarely with Holland Lift.
Coert Nodelijk, Riwal's general manager, explains the buying strategy; 'If JLG comes out with the right mix [of JLG and Liftlux machines], then it will have a good range. As we see it right now, Holland Lift is one step ahead. Rental companies must put their faith in their equipment suppliers. Riwal has trust in JLG and it has trust in Holland Lift,” he says.
Evidently so; the 300 machines Riwal will add to its fleet in The Netherlands this year includes a €2.3 million order placed last December with Holland Lift.
