NCC has announced plans to sell its Polish asphalt, aggregate and paving operations, NCC Roads Poland, to Strabag for SEK 1,05 billion (€ 116 million). Based in Warsaw, NCC Roads Poland had sales of SEK 1,1 billion (€ 120 million) in 2005 and employs 900 people. The deal is subject to approval by competition authorities and allow NCC to focus on NCC Roads' operations in the Nordic region.
