Robin Parkin joins ArcGen Hilta

UK manufacturer ArcGen Hilta has appointed Robin Parkin to the role of business development manager for the company’s range of lighting towers.

Mr Parkin will be responsible for marketing ArcGen Hilta’s lighting products to UK and overseas customers, entering new markets and increasing growth for the division. He will be based at SMC’s headquarters in Gosberton, Lincolnshire.

Mr. Parkin brings to the role more than 30 years experience in the industry, including 11 years at SMC. He has spent the past four years as a lighting tower and generator consultant.

“Robin is the perfect fit for the role. He has years of experience in the sector, both as a consultant and a salesman, and he also knows the company and our products inside out,” said Chris Morris, chief executive of ArcGen Hilta.

Mr Parkin is the latest addition to ArcGen Hilta’s team of business development managers, each an expert within their industry.
