Austrian crushing and screening specialist Rubble Master has exhibited its flagship RM 120Go! in combination with the new RM Go! Smart service tool for the first time.

The unveiling is claimed to be the first integration in its sector of a mobile crusher with technology such as smartphones and tablets.

It took place at the Recycling Aktiv exhibition in Germany.

“”Service has always been a key aspect of our company philosophy,” said founder and CEO Gerald Hanisch.

“”Together with the RM Go! Smart service and optimisation tool the RM 120Go! is paving our way to the future. With a throughput rate up to 350 t/hr and a weight of only 35 t the mobile impact crusher is breaking new ground for us in every respect.””

With its machines often found in remote parts of the world, Rubble Master says it is now possible to resolve what previously failed due to poor network coverage at job sites.

To avoid the problem of unstable internet connections the RM solution saves data temporarily on the mobile end device, maximising availability.

Currently the five most important performance parameters are evaluated and made available live on the device, but Rubble Master plans to add more detailed analysis in the future.
