Haullote has reported a sales rise of 11% over the first three quarters of its current financial year, amounting €343 million.

Although the company reported little change in revenue for the third quarter, compared to the same period last year, at €104 million.

Over the three quarters, equipment sales were up 12% at €288.3 million, while equipment rental rose 1% to €12 million and the French manufacturer’s service division recorded an 8% increase to €36.1 million.

Haulotte said in its statement, “The good performance of the European zone continues, driven by the recovery in investment expenditure of rental companies. The rebound of activity observed in the second quarter in Asia Pacific has been confirmed, over the period, allowing us to reach 7% growth.”

Conversely, activity levels in North America and Latin America are down compared to 2015, by 13% and 11%, respectively.

“The North American market confirms the signs of slowdown observed in the last two quarters. As for Latin America, it is still strongly affected by the economic and political situation of its major markets,” The statement continued.

Overall, Haulotte Group forecasts a 5% revenue increase for 2016, based on the particularly high level of activity experienced in the last quarter of 2015.
