Skanska divests its Peru operations

Swedish-based Skanska has divested its Peru operations to a subsidiary owned by Confipetrol Group, in a deal worth SEK210 million (US$ 24.6 million).

Skanska Peru was the last part of the former Skanska Latin America to be divested.

Confipetrol Group is a provider of asset-integrity, operations and maintenance services, which focuses on the oil and gas, mining, power and industrial sectors. Its operations are in Colombia, Peru and Bolivia.
