Snorkel has launched a new online warranty services portal for owners of its aerial platforms.

Part of the manufacturer’s efforts to digitise its customer support services, the online portal allows users to digitally submit claims, manage all product warranty and warranty claim information, by creating an account to submit a claim.

Snorkel, which has reassured its customers that there would be no change to how claims are processed, said it would also enable customers to search and view their claim history and submit labour declarations at any time.

Jamie Graham, Vice President of product support for Xtreme Manufacturing and Snorkel, said, “We are continually looking for opportunities to improve our customer experience, and the launch of this new online warranty services portal is a fantastic development for our customers and product support team.

“Our customers can now take control of their warranty claim process, with the ability to submit the claim and all supporting materials online, as well as receive status updates as a claim is processed.”

The new service will replace warranty claims submitted via postal services and by scanning documents, which will be ‘phased out over the coming months”.
