Swiss expansion

Bouygues' Swiss subsidiary Losinger has acquired Marazzi, a construction company active in the German-speaking part of the country. Marazzi had sales of € 149 million last year and employs 300 people. The acquisition is expected to take Losinger's revenues to € 650 million in 2007.
