Ten RTGs for Vietnam

One of Vietnam's largest container terminals, Tan Cang - Cat Lai, will receive 10 new gantry cranes next year. Saigon Newport Company ordered the 10 rubber tyred E-One gantry cranes from Kalmar, the container handling division of Cargotec.

The units will have Kalmar's container position verification system, Smartpath.

In 2006 Tan Cang - Cat Lai, near Ho Chi Minh City, handled about 1.5 million TEU and forecasts an increase to 1.7 million this year.
