Terex AWP names director of customer services

Terex Aerial Work Platforms (AWP), a business segment of Terex Corp., has appointed Marty Olberding as director, customer services.

In this role, Olberding will assume responsibility for the Americas' field service, customer care, international and domestic inside sales operations and used equipment teams.

He will report directly to Matt Fearon, vice president and general manager, Terex AWP Americas.

"Marty offers the team solid leadership skills, and with his six years at the Company, he has always supported our customers and his team with an exemplary attitude while achieving great results," said Fearon.

Olberding joined Terex AWP in 2005 as a customer service manager. Prior to this, he spent 20 years in the chemical industry holding various positions in sales and logistics.

Olberding holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Kansas State University.
